The Best of April 2021

The Best of April 2021. The seasons are changing.

April was a very odd month weather wise. With the longer days it could be expected that the cold winter weather was behind us. Not a bit of it. Many of the nights came crisp and clear with hard frosts. We even had some days where snow dusted the ground. As for rain, we had very little and many of the days were clear blue skies.

The good news is that with lockdown easing we were able to go further afield for our walks and days out. This is great news as it will enable me to get my Lakeland 365 project back on track. You may even have seen my recent blog post about it here. I am very excited about plans that we have for the coming months, not only getting out and about even more but also it looks as if some events will be going ahead. This means that our summer could be our busiest yet.

Do keep an eye on the website or my social media of updates. In the meantime, here is my selection of images from Teesdale in April.

Just click on the images to view them in a lightbox.

As with all of my work the images are available as prints or for use under license commercially or for editorial purposes. Just contact me via email for further information.

If you have enjoyed this selection then why not take a look at March’s gallery here
