A selection of images from the camera of Andy Beck taken during the month of June 2022.
To be honest I didn’t think that I would be able to continue this series over the summer months. Whilst we do get out and about quite a bit it is mostly to attend the many agricultural shows and events that we are booked in to over the season. And as interesting as they can be there are limits to the number of tractor or sheep pictures that I think would be acceptable.
June was a month of fairly decent weather. There did seem to be a constant strong wind which made putting up the gazebo at shows very interesting. I did manage to get out into Teesdale a few times. As I was delivering books and cards over to Cockermouth we even managed to have a late afternoon wander up to Great Mell Fell. It’s been quite a while since I visited the summit of one of the 214 Wainwright Fells.
Hannah’s Meadow in Baldersdale is nearly always on my agenda for a visit each year when the haymeadows are in bloom. I was a bit early this year but it was still a lovely sight. The image even managed to get an “Editiors Pick” on the Look North Weather.
Anyway, here is the selection from the month. The images are in no particular order. Click on any image to see the lightbox display.
As with all of my work the images are available as prints or for use under license commercially or for editorial purposes. Just contact me via email for further information.
If you have enjoyed this selection then why not take a look at the Best of May 2022 here.
In the meantime we are now heading into a very busy period of shows including the Great Yorkshire Show and the Royal Lancashire Show. If you see us at any of the events why not call by and say hello.
Thanks for looking
