This eco-friendly card of a Herdwick Sheep has been reproduced from one of Andy’s pen and wash (watercolour) sketches. (Also available as an Open Edition Print here )
The Herdwick Sheep Greeting Card measures 5″x7″ and has been professionally printed in the UK on 350gsm recycled silk card. It comes with a recycled kraft paper envelope. Please note that the cards come in a clear corn starch sleeve for protection. This is a compostable, non-plastic wrap.

Andy Beck is a full time artist based in Teesdale in the north Pennines of England. Perhaps he is best known for his award winning book, The Wainwrights in Colour. A unique 10 year challenge which gave him an intimate insight to Alfred Wainwright’s work and the Lakeland Fells. As well as painting, Andy is a keen photographer and uses many of his images as reference for his artwork. These images are often produced as cards such as this.
