Description
Crossing the Border Watercolour Painting.
An original watercolour painting of red grouse passing The Frying Pan Stone on the Yorkshire, Durham border.
“I had a walk up to Elsey Crag one evening. This rock outcrop has this distinctive feature, known as The Frying Pan Stone. This lies on the border between two grouse moors, Arkengarthdale and Scargill. Here we are looking north from the first to the second. Even though it was the first week in May there had been a covering of snow during the day, the last patches were still in the shadows. “
This is an original watercolour painting by Andy Beck.
The image size is 280mm (11″ approx.) (h) x 390mm (15.5″ approx.) (w)
