Borreraig– Original Sketch
This is an original artwork by Teesdale artist Andy Beck. It has been produced using the pen and wash method, watercolour painting with a black pen outline.
Borreraig. The view south from the small crofting community of Borreraig on the Isle of Skye. The distinctive shape of Macleod’s Tables form the distant skyline. “We were out on a local walk from our accommodation and as we headed back to the house this view caught my eye. Even the bright red postbox enhanced the composition and I knew that it would make a great subject.”
