Winter Sunshine at Egglestone Abbey
An original watercolour painting by Andy Beck
“Egglestone Abbey near Barnard Castle is one of my favourite locations in the dale. Visiting there in winter as the early sun makes the honey coloured stone of the ruins almost glow was a subject that I was keen to paint for some time. This is the result. A group of jackdaws just adds to the scene.”
This is an original watercolour painting by Andy Beck.
The image size is 165mm (6.5″ approx.) (h) x 280mm (11″ approx.) (w)
