Swaledale Sheep sketch
This Swaledale sheep sketch is an original artwork by Teesdale artist Andy Beck. It has been produced using the pen and wash method, watercolour painting with a black pen outline. It is one of a series of British Sheep Breed images.
The Swaledale Sheep originated from the dale of the same name but they can be found across a wide area of the uplands of northern England. The curled horns and the black and white face make them easily recognisable.
The actual painting size measures 130mm (5″) (H) x 170mm (7″) (W).
Framed the overall size is 255mm (10″) (H) x 305mm (12″) (W). It has been framed in a double off-white mount with a flat oak effect frame and float glass. There is a hanging system on the back of the frame.
The work is only available framed (P&P (1st class signed for) added at the checkout) (UK mainland only) Email me if you wish to have it shipped to other areas.
