This is a small original artwork by Teesdale artist Andy Beck. Produced using the pen and wash method, watercolour painting with a black pen outline. It is one of a series of Lake District Fell sketches which will feature as an illustration in a forthcoming book by Andy
Lingmell summit- Original Sketch. Featuring the north cairn with Great Gable across the valley
Actual painting size measures 80mm (3″) (H) x 110mm (4.5″) (W).
Framed the overall size is 245mm (9.5″) (H) x 270mm (10.5″) (W). Framed in a double off-white mount with a flat oak effect frame and float glass. There is a hanging system on the back of the frame.

Andy Beck is the artist behind the multi award winning book, The Wainwrights in Colour. Winning both the Great Outdoors Magazine Book of the Year and the BBC Countryfile Magazine Book of the year. One of a series of sketches which will feature in a new book which is currently being written. It’s content is based on the Wainwright fells of the Lake District. Part of the Lakeland 365 project.
