Best of April 2020

A third of 2020 has already passed. A year that none of us will forget. For the whole of April I have stuck to the guidelines set out by the Government and only ventured out once a day on my daily exercise. I think that only twice have I used my car, to go down to the Post office to dispatch orders for clients. The one big advantage that I have over many other folk is that the countryside is right on our doorstep. Within minutes I can be out in the fresh air and here in Bowes in Teesdale there are places of interest to catch the eye. The challenge for me as a photographer has been to use my imagination to put together a selection of images of familiar places. This can be done by going out at various times of the day. Remarkably April has been one of the driest on record, we have had hardly a drop of rain in the whole month.

This is just a small selection of my images from April 2020. As with all of my work the images are available as prints or for use under license commercially or for editorial purposes. Just contact me via email for information. Unfortunately prints are unavailable at this time due to the Covid19 situation but as soon as printing can be done I will update the collections page.
